  • Excited to announce that the Boston Area GMRS Club has been granted 501(c)3

We’re excited to announce that the Boston Area GMRS Club has been granted 501(c)3 tax-exempt status by the IRS! This means that your dues and donations to the club, including contributions to our repeater fund, are now tax-deductible.

Our club is dedicated to promoting science and technology education and enhancing operator proficiency in emergency communications. We also strive to build a robust infrastructure that enables our members and their families to support government agencies during emergencies and disasters.

While these are our primary goals, we also understand that joining a club might not be for everyone. However, we believe that our club can benefit the community as a whole. By joining, you can contribute to our mission and help us make a positive impact on our area.

As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn from experienced operators and improve your GMRS skills
  • Participate in community outreach and emergency preparedness activities
  • Connect with like-minded individuals and build lasting friendships

We encourage you to consider joining the Boston Area GMRS Club and becoming part of a vibrant community that’s dedicated to serving our area.

Thank You

Boston Area GMRS Club
